Childbirth is a transformative experience that profoundly impacts birthing people and their families. Learn how the birth process works, gain confidence in your body’s abilities, and develop practical tools for preparing your mind and body to give birth.

Feel free to bring a partner or support person so they will feel more confident and prepared to provide support throughout the birth experience.

Topics covered include:

  • understanding reproductive anatomy and hormones
  • working with and reducing fear
  • the stages and phases of the birth process
  • preparing your mind and body for birth

Because each group of participants is unique and brings their own lived experience, the class is adaptable to your questions.
