This class will provide you with essential information and resources about caring for your newborn, and for yourself; and practical tools that support healing and promote a more peaceful and enjoyable postpartum time. Feel free to bring your partner or support people to be better prepared to navigate postpartum with you.

Topics covered will include:

  • the first hour after birth
