    Heather Kerr, registered physiotherapist.

     Heather has been practising in the Elk Valley since 2002, where Heather started as the first physiotherapist prescribing custom foot orthotics and specializing in gait analysis. Heather went on to obtain a Certificate in Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy and a license to practice acupuncture.

    Erin Fulton, RN, BScN, IBCLC, MSN.

    is a Kamloops public health nurse with 22 years experience supporting families through their journey of pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum. I have been a certified childbirth educator for 20 years and am very passionate about creating a safe, healthy space for families and health care providers to support woman through the beautiful journey of mothering. I have 3 children of my own and one granddaughter. My passion for perinatal nursing and educating came from my personal birth experiences. My current position is in a specialized program that supports young vulnerable woman and their children, to be happy, healthy, safe and successful in reaching their heart’s desire.

    Aditi has personally navigated the complex journey of pregnancy and infant loss. Through her personal and professional journey she found that there were more supports needed to fully support the loss community. To fill this gap, Aditi founded the Centre. Aditi is honoured to help connect people to more healing options - so they can heal in their own way and on their own terms.

Karen Alden from the BC Lung Association-QuitNow hosts this 30 minute inspirational overview of how you or someone you know can quit smoking for good.

    QuitNow is BC’s free smoking cessation program providing interactive and personalized behavioural support services to help motivate and guide you to quit smoking and stay quit. Strategies, tips and tools, resources and nicotine replacement therapy options will be discussed.
